Vice-President

Duties
The vice president must carry out the duties of the president during the President's absence; oversees all marketing and public relations activities for the CRDA with the assistance of the Marketing Director; looks for new opportunities to raise the profile of the CRDA in Canada; works with committee chairs on various projects; liaises with industry partners.

Treasurer

Duties
Works a liaisons between bookkeeper and the Board of Directors. Shares financial reports from bookkeeper monthly with the Board of Directors. Keeps the financial records, including books of account, necessary to comply with the Society Act. Provides income statments for the annual general meeting to members from bookkeeper. (No accounting experienced needed).

President Amanda Drenth Design Interventions (519) 281-5266 Email Amanda Duties The President oversees the Board of Directors; helps give guidance in decision making processes; organizes planning meetings for setting goals for the term; chairs the Board meetings and AGM; chairs Leadership meetings; co-chairs Instructors meetings; co-chairs Haven for Healing Committee; and reviews newsletters. And co-signs all cheques from the CRDA.

Secretary Leslie Todd Leslie Todd (604) 355-5444 Email Leslie Duties Conducts the correspondence of the society; issues notices of Board meetings; keeps minutes of all meetings; has custody of all records and documents of the society except those required to be kept by the treasurer; compiles an agenda for Board meetings for review by President; sends agenda and meeting reminder notices. Compiles AGM packages to be sent to members.

Marketing Director Shelley Ollinger Volaré Interiors ReDesign & Staging (250) 864-9707 Email Shelley Duties Reports to the Vice President; coordinates all the marketing initiatives for the CRDA; takes initiative to come up with ideas of how we can promote the CRDA; coordinates joint efforts with other organizations to promote the CRDA.

Regional Director Elle Hunter ellement re:design (604) 512-2002 Email Elle Duties Ensures every region has a Regional Coordinator; liaises with the Regional Coordinator in each region to ensure all regions have regular meetings, and that concerns of each region are brought to the board's attention.

Membership Director Connie Baker Connie Baker Residential Stylist (855) 302-3230 Email Connie Duties Responsible for membership data and communications; sends out welcome letter and CRSS certificate; maintains membership package online; answers membership enquiries.
